Following another inspiring year, the BMW Future Entrepreneur Competition 2026 has officially come to a close. Building on the success of last year, the nationwide initiative once again showcased some of Ireland’s most innovative and forward-thinking small businesses. Delivered in partnership with Enterprise Ireland, the programme champions entrepreneurs driving innovation, sustainability and scalable ideas.

This year’s competition culminated in a special networking event at Cliff at Lyons, where finalists connected with BMW representatives, industry leaders and fellow founders.

The panel consisted of BMW Group Ireland Managing director, Helen Westby, Enterprise Ireland’s, Sarah Walker and entrepreneur Jennifer Rock, founder and CEO of Skingredients. The calibre of entries was exceptional, making the judging process extremely competitive and highlighting the strength of Ireland’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Meet the 2026 Winners

We are delighted to announce the 2026 winners: All Real Nutrition and Bánór

All Real Nutrition secured the Innovation Award for its range of protein bars made from natural ingredients and designed to offer consumers healthier, convenient nutrition options. Founded by Niall Harty and Ross McDowell, the company has positioned itself as a challenger brand within the growing health and wellness sector.

The Sustainability Award went to Bánór, an Irish skincare company founded by farmer Elaine Crosse and pharmacist Nicola Lyons. The business develops sheep’s milk and lanolin-based skincare products inspired by the Irish landscape and agricultural heritage.

Both businesses will receive a prize package including the use of a fully electric BMW iX1, expert mentoring, and a comprehensive brand development experience.
